  • Q:   Where can I find a code to enter the competition?
  • A:   You can find your code inside our promotional packs.

  • Q:   Do I need to purchase a product to enter?
  • A:   Yes, you need to purchase any Brioche Pasquier PITCH pack to be able to enter the competition.

  • Q:   Where can I find Brioche Pasquier PITCH packs?
  • A:   You can find them at Tesco, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, Co-op, Ocado and Budgens.

  • Q:   By when do I have to register my code?
  • A:   You have to register your code online no later than 20/10/2019.

  • Q:   If I lose my code am I still able to enter or redeem my free lunchbox?
  • A:   No. Unfortunately, we cannot replace codes, so please keep them safe.

  • Q:   Am I able to claim a lunchbox as well as claim my prize if I win?
  • A:   Yes. If you win a prize, you are able to use the same code towards your 5 codes to claim a free lunchbox.

  • Q:   When can I expect my free lunchbox to arrive?
  • A:   Your free sports bag can take anywhere between 7 – 28 days to arrive. If you don’t receive it within this time then please contact us at www.briochepasquier.co.uk and navigate to the Consumer Services tab.

  • Q:   How many lunchboxes am I able to redeem?
  • A:   You are able to redeem 2 lunchboxes per account.

  • Q:   How do I win a code by playing the ‘Against the goalie’ game?
  • A:   All you have to do is enter your details or log into your account. Once you’ve done that, all you need to do is score 3 out of 5 goals against the goalie to win a free code to enter.

  • Q:   Can I win more than one code by playing the game?
  • A:   Unfortunately, codes won via the game is restricted to one per account.

  • Q:   What do I do if I have forgotten my password for my account?
  • A:   Follow the instructions on screen and we will send you an email to reset your password.

  • Q:   I have won a prize, how do I claim it?
  • A:   Don’t worry, we will send out your prize within 7-30 days of winning. If you don’t receive it within this time then please contact us at www.briochepasquier.co.uk and navigate to the Consumer Services tab.
